Refund & returns policy (90-night sleep trial)

We want you to sleep on it — properly.

Our 90-night trial Grounding works gently, and bodies take time to settle. That's why every OHM Sleep sheet comes with a 90-night trial. If you're not sleeping better within 90 nights of delivery, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return Email us at hello@ohmsleep.co.uk with your order number and we'll guide you through it — no awkward questions.

Condition Because this is a genuine sleep trial, your sheet does not need to be unused — we simply ask that it's returned in a reasonably clean and complete condition.

Return postage Customers cover the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Refunds Once we've received your returned sheet, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. We'll email you to confirm.

Faulty or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Your statutory rights This 90-night trial is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
