Shipping policy

At OHM Sleep, we want your grounding sheet to reach you quickly and safely.

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed.

Delivery time Most orders arrive within around one week — typically 3–6 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping cost Free UK delivery on orders of two or more sheets. For a single sheet, a flat delivery fee of £7 applies at checkout.

Tracking A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Delays Very occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email us at hello@ohmsleep.co.uk and we'll chase it for you.
